• Update our database of Wellington apartment buildings and Body Corporates.

• Help build the picture of apartment buildings in Wellington to inform discussion and development of insurance options.

• Keep BC Chairs and/or their delegates informed of the progress of our initiatives.

Besides our core team, we may share this information with a third party in order to help identify suitable insurance options or to promote the initiative. Information will only be shared with a third party if the BC Chair/delegate expressly agrees.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter all of the required information, we may be unable to gather sufficient data to keep you informed and seek better insurance options for your apartment building.

We will keep your contact information in our database while you are the current BC Chair/delegate. Our database will not hold historical data. You can request your name be removed if you are no longer the BC Chair/delegate.

We keep the personal information we hold safe by ensuring it is only accessed by the CoverWell core team.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at hello@coverwell.nz.
